For generations, women have been taught to put themselves last. In business, in motherhood, in life, self-care is often labeled as a luxury. It’s something to squeeze in between school drop-offs, Zoom calls, and the endless to-do list. But in today’s high-speed, high-stress world, that mindset is no longer sustainable. Especially for the visionary women leading businesses, families, and movements.
We are living in a time where external stressors. From toxins in our food and products, to EMFs, blue light exposure, and relentless digital pressure. These things are attacking our hormones, our nervous systems, and our cellular function. And the result? A growing number of women are entering perimenopause and menopause earlier than ever before. They are experiencing burnout, brain fog, cycle irregularities, and mood shifts in their 30s and early 40s, often silently.
Gallup’s 2023 Women and Burnout report revealed that nearly half of employed women in the United States (about 46%) say they “always” or “very often” feel burned out at work. By comparison, only 35% of men reported the same. For entrepreneurial women, who juggle not only their businesses but also family responsibilities, the rates are often even higher.

Research published in Human Reproduction in 2021 further underscores the challenge, showing that women are entering perimenopause earlier than previous generations, with environmental toxins, poor sleep, chronic stress, and metabolic dysfunction among the key drivers. Scientists have also shown that chronic stress, which elevates cortisol, can throw off the delicate balance of the reproductive system. This effectively accelerates reproductive aging, according to a 2019 study in Neurobiology of Stress.
But when a woman finally decides to take her health into her own hands and invest in alternative therapies, optimize her hormones naturally, or explore tools like frequency medicine, red light therapy, or molecular hydrogen, she often finds herself met with skepticism or judgment.
Is that really necessary? Why don’t you just take the medication? What makes you think you know more than the doctors?
These are the kinds of comments women hear when they break the mold. And yet, it is in this breaking that a new generation of female leaders is rising. Women who understand that optimal health is the foundation of sustainable success.
You cannot scale a seven-figure business, lead a movement, or show up fully for your family if you are depleted, inflamed, or disconnected from your body. True health optimization goes beyond spa days and supplements. It’s about cellular integrity and nervous system regulation. It’s about learning to read your own signals before your body screams for help.

And here’s the truth: you were never meant to do this alone.
Community is the missing piece in so many women’s wellness journeys. That’s why being surrounded by other conscious, purpose-driven women, those who understand frequency, energy, and that we are not built like men, can be one of the most healing forms of medicine. Unlike men, whose hormones operate on a 24-hour circadian rhythm, women follow a 28-day infradian rhythm. It is a unique cycle that impacts energy, mood, metabolism, and cognitive focus throughout the month.
Functional nutritionist Alisa Vitti, author of In the FLO, has been a pioneer in educating women on this rhythm and the power of cycle syncing. Her research shows that when women align their work, workouts, and nutrition with the four hormonal phases (follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual) they experience greater productivity, fewer PMS symptoms, and improved emotional resilience.
After years in the entrepreneurial space, witnessing firsthand how many high-performing women burn out while chasing success, I knew something had to change. That’s why I took on a key role in casting the soon-to-be-released documentary sHEALed to spotlight the experts, tools, and transformational practices women deserve to know about. Because when a woman says yes to the non-traditional path of healing, she doesn’t just reclaim her health, she reclaims her time, her power, and her peace.
You are not broken or “too sensitive.” You are in tune and you deserve to thrive.
Let this be your reminder. Your business will only grow as far as you are willing to go in your own healing. Prioritize your health, claim your seat at the table, and let’s rise, bioharmonized, unapologetic, and together.
