How Two Bankers Built MyIVSpa Miami Into South Florida’s Wellness Hub

For most of modern medicine’s history, you went to the doctor when something already hurt. You waited for the symptom, then the diagnosis, then the prescription, and you hoped you had caught it in time. That order is changing. The people booking wellness appointments now aren’t waiting for something to break. They’re founders, executives, and mothers who decided their health was theirs to run, and they want to get ahead of the problem instead of chasing it down later.

Jeannie Marmol and Delfina Correia built a business on exactly that shift, and they did it in three years. In an industry crowded with big promises and thin results, MyIVSpa Miami has become one of the names people in the South Florida wellness community trusts.

Both these women have their roots in the finance industry. They had the stable careers and the titles, the version of success you’re told to want and then some. Eventually, they hit the same wall: their health stopped being something they could keep pushing to next quarter.

For Jeannie, the wake-up came while watching her mother go through breast cancer. Being that close rearranged what she thought mattered and pointed her toward helping other people take charge of their health before a crisis forced the issue. In her own life, the deep level of burnout from the corporate hustle led her to a depleted immune system that only IV therapy, with a lifestyle change, was able to improve.

“We’re more than an IV spa. We work directly with medical professionals to get your full blood panel so we can create a custom plan for your health goals. From IVs to peptides to GLP-1 we’re a one stop wellness hub.”

For Delfina, the lesson arrived in her own body. More than a decade ago she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and somewhere in the long middle of treatment and recovery, she went looking for ways to support herself beyond the standard protocol. IV therapy was part of what she found. It helped her feel like herself again, and she never let it go.

So when these two women talk about wellness, they aren’t pitching something they read about in a trend report. They’re handing people the thing that helped them when they were the depleted ones in the chair, and that history is what the whole business runs on.

They have taken wellness from a task to fulfill to a community growing experience

Jeannie and Delfina built their spa around medical professionals who run full bloodwork and hormone panels, so you go as deep as you need with your wellness plan. From there, it goes wherever your numbers point: IV therapy, peptides, hormone therapy, GLP-1, all of it under real medical supervision.

That combination, the labs, the guidance, and the range of what they can do with the results, is something almost no one else in the space is offering.

Leaving a steady paycheck for a wellness venture is a terrifying move. They made it anyway. Three years in, MyIVSpa Miami has gone from a service people book to a place people are pulled toward.

Both founders appear in the sHEALed Documentary, a multi-part film and wellness movement from Lolli Brands Entertainment that follows women’s health and longevity from conception through post-menopause. The project gathered more than seventy physicians, scientists, and wellness experts, and it’s streaming on Prime Video. Jeannie and Delfina earned their place in that group by spending three years doing the work and establishing themselves deep in the wellness and biohacking space.

MyIVSpa also sponsors the events that carry the wellness industry: Biohackers World, the leading international biohacking conference, and Move, Breathe, Grow, billed as Florida’s number one event for womenpreneurs. Those are the rooms where the future of this industry gets argued out, and both of them keep showing up.

Then there’s what happens at the spa while you’re hooked up to a drip. Jeannie and Delfina turned MyIVSpa into a gathering place. Leaders come in for their health and end up staying for each other. There’s a monthly rhythm to it, everything from networking nights to puppy yoga, the kind of events that keep wellness from becoming one more obligation you dread on the calendar.

“We’ve lived the effects of burnout personally and we’ve made it easy for you to support your health with nurses who can come to your home, office, or events.”
– Delfina Correia

That blend, fun and grounded and human, is rare in a space that often takes itself far too seriously. These Legacy makers have become a force of connection in a city full of people who are successful and starved for feeding their wellness like they feed their mind.

Taking your health into your own hands sounds bigger than it is. In practice, it starts small. It looks like getting baseline labs done before anything feels wrong, treating your energy as data instead of pushing through it, and building a couple of recovery habits into a week that used to be all output. That’s what MyIVSpa is built around: labs first, then a plan shaped to fit what they find.

If you’re reading this between meetings, already running a little low, you don’t need your own diagnosis to start. Jeannie and Delfina learned the worth of their health the way most of us learn the things that matter, the hard way, with a diagnosis in the room. You can skip that part. Treat how you feel on an ordinary Tuesday as real information, and act on it this week instead of next year. That’s the shift they built a whole business around, and the same one waiting for you the day you decide how you feel is worth acting on.
